Amy Linden is Vice President and Program Executive for OMNY Operations & Services at the New York State Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).  Amy oversees the OMNY contactless fare payment system, responsible for system performance and technical and service assurance for riders and OMNY B2B clients and transit operators integrated with the OMNY Platform. The MTA is North America’s largest transit agency, serving 6 million every day across its network of subways, buses, commuter railroads, paratransit, and bridges and tunnels.

Amy was a key member of the team that enabled OMNY’s launch in 2019 and continued to build it to its current volume of 2.6 million taps per week day. Amy rejoined the MTA in 2010, prior to which she worked in the areas of capital finance, strategic planning and service agreements at the MTA, Amtrak, NYC Board of Education (now NYC Public Schools) and Parsons Brinckerhoff.

Ms. Linden received her B.A. in Economics from U.C. Berkeley and her M.P.P.M from Yale School of Management.
