Brooke is passionate about IndyGo’s mission to connect individuals to economic and cultural opportunities through safe, reliable, and accessible mobility experiences. She joined IndyGo in Jan 2019 and has held several leadership roles in fare collection system modernization, strategic planning, capital programming, short- and long-range service planning, and transit-oriented development.

She is an agent for change. Throughout her career, Brooke has served in leadership and management roles within the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors over the last 20 years. Brooke’s work on complex, transformational projects has attracted federal and local funding, changed land use and development laws, and resulted in the expansion of the city’s public transit system, among other things.

Brooke earned his Bachelor’s of Urban Planning and Development from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University in Muncie, IN in 2003.

A native of the Hoosier State, Brooke lives in a street car suburb with her husband and two sons in Indianapolis, IN.
