Stephen Keefe is a Vice President of Business Development at Mastercard where he responsible for Cities & Urban Transit. Stephen works with Public and Nonprofit entities to accelerate Financial Inclusion, Sustainable and Inclusive Growth, and Transit Payments Modernization. He and his team work across the Transit ecosystem supporting Open Payments deployments, rider adoption and engagement strategies, and advancing efforts for financial inclusion efforts. Prior to joining Mastercard, Stephen worked for GE where he focused on Industrial Internet of Things & Booz Allen Hamilton as a Strategy & Operations consultant where he supported a wide range of government clients and initiatives.
