Yeeman is the Acting Department Head for the TTC’s Farecard team. She oversees a team that is responsible for the TTC’s fare payment system, including system performance and quality assurance. The TTC is the largest Canadian transit agency, and third largest in North America, serving approximately 1.7 million riders daily across the subways, buses, streetcars and paratransit network. It’s fare payment system also interacts and integrates with other nearby transit systems, such as YRT in York Region, MiWay in Mississauga, and Ontario’s regional GO transit.

Yeeman received her B.A. in Global and Organizational Development from Queen’s University, and she has been working at the TTC since 2012, in areas of Bus Maintenance, Operations Training, Revenue Operations, Bus Transportation, and Infrastructure Maintenance.
