Do I qualify for a free pass?

Free passes are available for transport operators, government and authorities, regulatory bodies and press. Anyone who does not meet these requirements will need to purchase passes. To register click here.

What does my pass include access to?

Full access to both days of the event including the conference sessions and exhibition hall. 

Where can I find local accommodation?

You will get preferential rates at the venue hotel (Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile). We will share a link to book soon. Please reach out to support@transport-ticketing.com if you have any questions. 

How do I access the networking app?

Two weeks before the event, you will be sent an email that prompts you to activate your profile on the event app. From here you can begin personalising your profile and connect with other visitors. If you haven't received your activation email (and there are less than two weeks to go until the event) please contact support@transport-ticketing.com.

How do I collect my badge?

Once your registration has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration which contains a unique registration code and barcode. Please have this ready when you arrive at the event as you will need to show this code at one of the registration desks to print your badge.

Is food and drink available at the event?

We will be providing complimentary tea, coffee and lunch on both days of the event.

June 18th - 08:00-17:00
