The Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk car park has a limited number of accessible parking spaces, are offered on a first come first serve basis.

When you arrive, please inform car parking staff that you require a disabled bay, and someone will assist you. All disabled parking is charged at the standard tariff rates.

Please be aware that welfare facilities for support animals are not available onsite and all owners will be fully responsible for the actions of their animal, which will need to be kept under control and on a lead or harness or in a pet carrier.

There are accessible toilets available within the hotel where the event is taking place.  

All separate, accessible toilet facilities are unisex.

The venue cloakroom is located in the ballroom promenade area, by the event registration desk. Please note that the cloakroom is not manned, this items to be left at one’s own risk.

An onsite prayer room is available for all to use. It will be located on the lobby level of the hotel, one level below the ballroom where main session is.

For anyone needing space to nurse or express there are two dedicated family/mothers rooms located on the east side of the lobby level.
